The project focuses on optimizing prefabricated building renewal by automatic and industrialization to make deep retrofits rapid, cheaper and more accessible. Using innovative technologies, it streamlines renewal to work on site from design and off-site production and improve lifetime. The project brings experts from research, technology and construction together with pilot projects in Estonia, Switzerland and Belgium, and test campaigns in Switzerland and Spain.
